2. Shipping Costs We are proud to offer flat rate shipping. We offer various shipping options, including standard and express shipping domestically, and standard for international orders. Shipping prices will be displayed upon checkout. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
3. Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Order Processing As each knitted piece is made by hand, orders are typically completed between 1-2 weeks from date of order. There may be circumstances when this time may be longer, but current lead times will always be displayed at the top of our webpage. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
5. Customs and Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
